Alternative payment methods
If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, please make it payable to:

Once the cheque or money order has been cleared, your order will be shipped to
you. Cheques that are dishonoured will incur a fee of $25.00, which is payable
immediately upon notification.
Note that if you are in a hurry to receive delivery of goods ordered, this
payment method may cause unnecessary delay. So, we would advise you to pay via
credit card for faster order processing.
Unit prices
All item prices quoted on this web are in Australian
dollars inclusive of 10% GST, and exclusive of shipping and handling fees.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
International visitors wishing to calculate their currency equivalent, are
welcome to use the complimentary online quick currency converter.
Stock
All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order is received you
will be notified if any items are out of stock. Onscreen colours may appear
slightly different due to various screen resolutions.
Shipping
For deliveries of Invitation Stationery via Australia Post, allow approximately
2 weeks delivery from time of order For deliveries of Bombonieres via Australia
Post, allow approximately 4-6 weeks delivery from time of order.
Delivery fees
Shipping fees are based on cost of order. Fine Favours uses Australia Post for all Australian destinations. Should you require to have your order delivered urgently via courier, please notify us and we will quote on receipt of order.
Refunds policy
Fine Favours accepts no responsibility for items once they have left our premises. However, if items arrive at their destination excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Fine Favours will consider your request for a replacement of product. If items are returned due to address problems, you must pay an additional shipping fee & repacking fee of $20.00 to have it resent. We are unable to give refunds on any products for change of mind, as products are ordered specifically for each Client.
Privacy and confidentiality
Fine Favours respects your privacy. Any and all information collected at this
site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented,
loaned, or otherwise disclosed. By submitting your information, you consent to
the use of that information as set out in this policy. Any information you give
to Fine Favours will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways
that you have not consented to. Fine Favours will ask you when it needs
information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.
Generally, this information is requested when you are asking for information
or purchasing Fine Favours products. Personal information collected by Fine
Favours often is limited to e-mail address, but may include other information when
needed to provide a service you requested. For example, if you choose a service
or transaction that requires payment, such as making a purchase enquiry,
Fine Favours will request personal information necessary for billing and/or

Mailing list subscriptions
Fine Favours will from time to time send subscribers special announcements
relating to company news, including new products or special offers. We promise
not to send you any emails unless we have something important to announce, which
we believe would be of benefit to you. In compliance with
Australia's Spam Bill 2003, only those who have subscribed to our mailing
list will receive email notices from us. Subscribers have the option of unsubscribing at anytime, by
sending us an email.
