Mini liqueur & wine bottles label order form
Ordering process
We require a lead time of at least 2 weeks to ensure the product is
delivered on time.
- On receipt of your mini liqueur bottles order, please complete the order
form below to order your customised labels
- We will contact you to obtain your credit card details via phone to add to
your liqueur bottles order.
- Black text is printed on gold label in choice of 4 graphic designs
- Setup fee $25 regardless of quantity ordered
- Quantities of 1-49 labels: 50 cents per label
- Quantities 50-100 labels: 25 cents per label
- Quantities 100+ labels: FREE!
- Client to specify what needs to be on the label; manufacturer will draft a label based on the information given and
we'll send you
the final mock-up of the label via email for confirmation
before proceeding with the
print job.
- On receipt of your confirmation, we print the labels and place them on
the bottles before shipping
to you.
